This is a super easy recipe that I threw together tonight for diner out of stuff I already had in the freezer (all Wal-mart brand, of course).
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 bag of frozen ravoli, about 25 ounces

Spray down a 9 by 13 pan (of course, I use Pyrex). Cover the bottom of the pan with spaghetti sauce, about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup. Layer half the frozen ravoli and cover with half the remaining sauce.

Cover sauce with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Layer again with the remaining frozen ravoli, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly brown.

Serve with some garlic bread. It makes about 6 to 8 servings. Or 4 if it's John and I.

This was yummy, but I think I used too much ravioli and not enough sauce...but it was still good. Definately something I will make again!
