Fried Green Beans

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon regular pepper
  • frying oil

Dunk the beans into the buttermilk, then dredge them into a bowl of flour/salt/garlic/cayenne/pepper. Fry them for a minute or so until golden brown. Place onto a paper towel then sprinkle with salt, or even parm cheese.
