Bourbon Currant Cookie

I made these up this afternoon. It called for 1/3 cup of bourbon, but any whiskey could be used. I had Southern Comfort (my poison of choice) and Jack Daniels. I went with the Jack. The dough was slightly sticky, so I added about 2 more tablespoons than what was called for. Also, I did not have 2 inch card symbol cookie cutters, so I used car shaped ones again. I am getting sick of these roll out cookies. I have a marble rolling pin, and I think a wood one would work better for these types of dough. Decent tasting cookie, nothing too special.
